Roof: A gable or sloped roof for easy maintenance and to provide a classic aesthetic.
Facade: A clean exterior with a neutral palette (e.g., white, beige, or gray) complemented by wood or stone accents around the windows or main door for character.
Interior Layout 

Lobby

Size: Medium-sized, locate near the entrance.
Features:A comfortable seating area with a small couch or chairs.
Space for decorative items like a wall-mounted shelf, mirror, or artwork.
A shoe rack or coat hanger near the door for convenience.

Kitchen

Placement: Adjacent to the lobby for easy accessibility.
